Welcome to Fitwomen

 

Fitwomen has a holistic approach to health and fitness. We tailor programmes to the individual and offer small group classes so that you are corrected in techinque. We have mobile personal training and small group classes and  stiletto camp(female only ) as well as  mixed boot camp sessions at Clovelly, Centennial Park and Bondi, expanding into other areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in 2012. Our personal training sessions are taken in your home or at local parks, small group training is under our different brands for women only-Fitwomen, Fitmums and Mums and bubs training.  We also have indoor training in Clovelly and an option to train inside for Stiletto Camp it its pouring with rain.  Personal training and buddy sesssions can be mixed classes and are tailored to your individual needs. 

 Our group classes are broken into Healthy Living( cardio and weights), Strong Woman( weight training) and Fitmum(pregnancy, post-natal and mums and bubs classes). All members are assessed in a personal assessment session before joining fitness programs so that your posture, exercise and medical history can be taken into account when you join. We do offer trial sessions to take a peek at our approach before you join-makes sure you let us know as we limit numbers to 6- we'd love to see you!  Our approach is holistic and we offer all types of exercise options to allow for individual differences in client needs.  We aim to provide a fun, friendly atmosphere with a high level of instruction and care. Whether you are an experienced exerciser or if you have never been to a gym or fitness class before, we welcome you to join us at Fitwomen!
