FitWomen™ is a unique lifestyle programme because it balances your fitness, health and well-being, contributing to a greater feeling of happiness. We aim to balance body, mind and spirit by offering programmes to include all aspects of your lifestyle.
Instead of just concentrating on physical fitness, your posture, diet and lifestyle are also examined to work out an individual programme that will achieve the best results for you. You can choose from personal training, small group training, boot camp, express training, Pilates, yoga, meditation , life coaching , massage and acupuncture to create the perfect lifestyle package to suit you and your individual needs.
Edwina Griffin, a personal trainer with over 15 years experience of training women creates programmes with her team to improve your overall health and wellbeing. Each small group class is broken into different focus areas for weights, fitness/fat loss or pregnancy and post-natal exercise. All classes have small numbers to ensure sessions can be tailored to the individual needs of each client. Pilates has a maximum of 10 people, yoga has a maximum of 14 and fitness studio sessions have a maximum of 6 per class. Fitwomen offers a boutique gym setting with a fun, friendly atmosphere with like-minded women to enjoy your fitness programme while getting great results. All fitness levels are welcome and sessions are structured to meet you where you are at now so that you enjoy the experience and get effective results.
